Who Do We Support?

1
Job Seekers or
Career Changers
Tired of applying and
hearing nothing back?
Let’s fix that.
I’ll show you where the real opportunities are, how to tailor your resume and LinkedIn so recruiters notice you, and how to network your way into roles (because most jobs aren’t posted). Whether you’re pivoting careers or leveling up, I’ll help you translate your experience and show up ready to land the offer.
2
Transitioning Military & Military Spouses
Transitioning out of the military and not sure where to start?
Let’s make it clear.
I’ll help you translate your military experience, build a strong resume and LinkedIn, and show you how to network into real opportunities, not just apply online. Whether you’re separating, retiring, or a military spouse navigating career changes, we’ll create a strategy that works for you.
Most veterans don’t stay in their first civilian job; let’s get you aligned from the start.
3
Employers and Educational Organizations
Struggling to find and keep the right talent?
Let’s fix what’s really driving it.
Using Human & Organizational Psychology, we'll help you identify gaps in hiring, retention, and employee experience, so you can build a workforce that stays and performs. From strengthening talent pipelines to improving onboarding, culture, and career growth, we focus on what actually moves people to join, stay.
Because turnover, disengagement, and low placement rates aren’t random, they’re solvable. Build a strategy that works for your people and your mission.

![Here are four framing questions that you can ask yourself to extract the perfect “elevator pitch,” along with a quick formula to tie it all together:
1. “What is my current anchor?”
Instead of just a job title, this is about identifying the current space they occupy and the core expertise they bring to it.
• The Prompt: If I couldn’t use my exact job title, how would I describe the primary problem I solve or the space I operate in?
• Example: Instead of “I’m a consultant,” it becomes “I help organizations build psychologically safe workforces.”
2. “What is my ‘so what’?”
This shifts the focus from duties to impact. It answers why their work matters to the person listening.
• The Prompt: What is the tangible transformation or value that happens because I am in the room doing this work?
• Example: “I bridge the gap between military leadership and corporate practice so veterans thrive in civilian careers.”
3. “Where am I steering the ship?”
A great professional introduction shouldn’t just look backward at past achievements; it should signal future intent. It lets people know what they are currently energized by or moving toward.
• The Prompt: What is the main project, research, or goal I am deeply focused on right now?
• Example: “Right now, I’m focusing on how burnout mitigation directly impacts organizational health.”
4. “What makes me human in this space?”
This adds the relational layer. It’s the connective tissue that makes an introduction memorable rather than clinical.
• The Prompt: What core value or lived experience drives my professional curiosity?
• Example: “As a first-generation graduate, I’m passionate about creating accessible pathways for others.”
10-second delivery structure:
“I am [Name], a [Anchor] who helps [Target Audience/Problem] do [Impact/‘So What’]. Right now, I’m really focused on [Current Direction/Steering the Ship].”
